1. Accepting these terms

These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and GOTROVE PRIVATE LIMITED, the legal entity that operates wishtrip. References to “wishtrip”, “we”, “us” or “our” in these terms mean GOTROVE PRIVATE LIMITED.

By using wishtrip, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. If you use wishtrip for other travellers, you are responsible for having their permission to provide the relevant trip preferences.

2. The service available today

wishtrip currently provides personalised itinerary planning. It creates suggested routes, stays, transport, experiences, food plans, schedules, estimated prices and alternatives from the information you provide and the travel information available to the planner.

wishtrip does not currently accept bookings or payments, issue tickets, reserve inventory, act as a travel agent, or provide human concierge support. Using a trip plan does not create a booking or contract with an airline, hotel, activity provider, restaurant or any other travel supplier.

3. Estimates and travel information

Prices, availability, travel times, opening hours, entry requirements, weather, route conditions and other travel details can change. Planner output is an estimate and planning aid, not a live quote or guarantee. Before making a purchase or travelling, verify all important details directly with the relevant provider and official authority.

wishtrip does not provide legal, immigration, visa, medical, safety or financial advice. You remain responsible for passports, visas, insurance, health requirements, personal safety and determining whether an activity or destination is suitable for your party.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate trip inputs and review the generated plan before relying on it.
• Use wishtrip only for lawful, personal trip-planning purposes.
• Not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape at scale, bypass security or misuse the service.
• Not upload or send unlawful material, malicious code or unnecessary sensitive information.
• Independently confirm purchases and policies with any third-party provider you choose.

5. Third-party services and links

A trip plan may mention third-party airlines, hotels, attractions, restaurants or other services. Those businesses are independent from wishtrip. Their own terms, privacy policies, prices, availability, cancellation rules and service standards apply to any interaction or purchase you make with them. A mention is not a guarantee or endorsement.

6. Intellectual property

wishtrip and its licensors retain rights in the website, brand, software, design and original content. You may use a generated itinerary for your personal travel planning and share it with people travelling with you. You may not commercially reproduce or resell the service, brand assets or substantial parts of the website without written permission.

7. Service availability and disclaimers

The service may change, be interrupted or contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wishtrip is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties that every itinerary will be error-free, complete, continuously available or suitable for every traveller. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wishtrip and the people operating it will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the planner, reliance on changing travel information, a third-party provider, or events outside reasonable control. Any liability that cannot be excluded will be limited only to the extent the law allows.

9. Changes, suspension and governing law

We may update the service or these terms, and may restrict access where needed for security, misuse prevention, maintenance or legal compliance. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts or authorities having jurisdiction under applicable law.
